We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Management Supervisor to partner with our clients and collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns. You will report to the Group Account Director, and own projects across accounts, making sure we are firing on all cylinders to deliver work that we can all be proud of.

  • Project
    • Be the primary point of contact for your clients
    • Develop and maintain project plans
    • Write project briefs
    • Check quality of work before delivering to the client
    • Create and manage the scope and estimate of each project
    • Develop case studies after completion of projects.
  • Client
    • Work on the development of overall planning and strategy for the client’s business, including cost accounting for monthly retainer budget, understanding of targets, competitive analysis, situation analyses, synthesizing secondary research, and understanding and recommendations for primary points of connection with target.
    • Work with clients at all levels to understand their creative, strategic and operational needs
    • Helps drive the growth of the company through the development and establishment of successful and highly satisfied client relationships
    • Represent the agency to the day-to-day clients
    • Provide strategic account/brand guidance
  • Internal
    • Work with our teams to deliver the best work
    • Work with our partners as needed to ensure client needs are fully met
    • Manage financial account planning to ensure project profitability
    • Ownership of projects from estimate to final delivery
    • Reports to Account Director and manages Account Executives

  • Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years marketing experience
  • Food & Beverage or Lifestyle experience is plus
  • Experience with any or all of the following: brand campaigns, social media marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, site design, video production, print production
